Managing sales records and administrative tasks to support the sales process.epares for continued growth and investment in Ireland and the UK, Glennon Brothers is now expanding its sales team to appoint an Internal Salesperson based at our Windymains facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  • Repeat selling to an established customer base as well as generating new business.

  • Responsible for proactively managing their accounts

  • Engaging with existing customers through proactive phone calls, building strong relationships.

  • Working closely with the Internal Sales Manager to achieve sales targets.

  • Handling customer queries efficiently, ensuring excellent service and problem resolution.

  • Managing sales records and administrative tasks to support the sales process.



CANDIDATE PROFILE:
This position would suit a person with a minimum of 2 years sales experience. A college/university qualification would be an advantage, but is not essential.
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

 

POSITION DETAILS:

  • Permanent, full-time role.

  • On-site: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience).

Saw Doctor

It also manufactures timber frame homes and engineered roof trusses for the house building sector. As the company prepares for continued growth and investment, Glennon Brothers is now seeking to appoint a Sawdoctor to join our Production Team in Humbie, Edinburgh at our Windymains site.

Job Description

Based in Windymains, the Sawdoctor will report to the Department Supervisor, and will play a key role in the production process of all our products for the construction, pallet wood and fencing industries. Glennon Brothers wants to see its employees develop and learn and therefore additional professional training will be encouraged/provided.
 

Your role as a saw doctor may include:
• Repairing saws
• Sharpening and setting saws
• Removing and replacing saw blades
• Welding tools and saws
• Straightening and stretching steel saw blades
• Operating manual and computer controlled tools and equipment
 

Skill Profile

• Good organizational and time management skills
• Must be willing to work shifts in alternative shift pattern
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
